Sunomono (cucumber salad)
Ingredients:
• Cucumber
• Mungbean Sprout
• Sesame Seed
• Sesame oil
• Soy Sauce
One portion (bowl):
1. Cut the cucumber bite size
2. Add rinsed mungbean sprout
3. Add one piece of squeezed garlic (optional)
4. Add salt (sprinkle)
5. Add sesame oil (about 1-2 teaspoon)
6. Add black pepper (Optional)
7. Mix it up
8. Pour out extra sauces
