  • Protein shake (hemp, quinoa)
  • Quinoa (8g / cup) 
  • Hemp (11g / 2T) 
  • Pumpkin seed (7g / 1 Oz), Flax seed (4g / 1 T)
  • Beans: black beans, kidney beans, lentils, chickpeas, pinto (12g / cup) 
  • Almonds (6g / 1 oz)
  • Peanut butter (8g / tbsp)
  • Seitan (18g / 3 oz)
