Vegan yakisoba noodle

Servings: 4-6 Servings

Ingredients:

  • Vegetable oil
  • Yaki-soba noodles (200g)
  • Sauce: vegan oyster sauce (6-8 tea spoon), soy sauce (-8 tea spoon), brown sugar (1-2 tea spoon)
  • Vegan meat of choice (vegan duck)
  • Vegetable of choice: typically cabbage (3-4 leafs), carrots (2-3) and shiitake mushroom (3-4)
  • Add black pepper

Instruction:

Prepare yaki-soba noodles:

  1. Boil the soba noodles
  2. Drain the noodle
  3. Pour cool water into the noodles

Preparing sauce:

  1. Add 6-8 tea spoon of vegan oyster sauce into a bowl
  2. Add 6-8 tea spoon of soy sauce
  3. Add 1-2 tea spoon of sugar

Preparing vegetable:

  • Chop carrots in 3 parts and cut thinly
  • Chop cabbages in the desired size
  • Chop mushroom in thin slices

Cooking instruction:

Whilst regularly stirring

  1. Add vegetable oil to pan
  2. Add vegan meat
  3. Add cabbages and carrots
  4. Add mushrooms
  5. Add soba noodles
  6. Add the sauce
  7.  Add black pepper
