Vegan yakisoba noodle
Servings: 4-6 Servings
Ingredients:
- Vegetable oil
- Yaki-soba noodles (200g)
- Sauce: vegan oyster sauce (6-8 tea spoon), soy sauce (-8 tea spoon), brown sugar (1-2 tea spoon)
- Vegan meat of choice (vegan duck)
- Vegetable of choice: typically cabbage (3-4 leafs), carrots (2-3) and shiitake mushroom (3-4)
- Add black pepper
Instruction:
Prepare yaki-soba noodles:
- Boil the soba noodles
- Drain the noodle
- Pour cool water into the noodles
Preparing sauce:
- Add 6-8 tea spoon of vegan oyster sauce into a bowl
- Add 6-8 tea spoon of soy sauce
- Add 1-2 tea spoon of sugar
Preparing vegetable:
- Chop carrots in 3 parts and cut thinly
- Chop cabbages in the desired size
- Chop mushroom in thin slices
Cooking instruction:
Whilst regularly stirring
- Add vegetable oil to pan
- Add vegan meat
- Add cabbages and carrots
- Add mushrooms
- Add soba noodles
- Add the sauce
- Add black pepper
