- Flat helps inner pec
1) Side press
2) Pec dec
3) Cable flies (bench, cross)
4) Inverted hammer press (machine/ dumbbell)
5) Close grip press
6) Leaning one arm dumbbell fly
7) Rotating dumbbell press
8) Barbell push up (like punch up)
