Despite the overwhelming effect of looking down the night city via the contemporary window design, the actual design is equally as impressive. 

The character of this room portray a very clear, simple yet bold/strong and modest beauty. The flooring and furnitures including the bed and bedside table has a distinct dark and glossy wood giving a bold and strong Japanese Bushido spirit to it, yet the genius choice of colour of the mat (blend between cream & green) harmonises the dark flooring and furniture making it balance in colour. Again the colour of the wall is white or timeless white which maintain the neutral theme as well as helping the simple, yet soothing and warming lamp shade set a nice golden glow onto the walls. The additional black/dark grey wall where the drawer is placed brings a modern contemporary feel to the traditional classical furnitures. 

I must say, this room truly capture the strong bold yet modest elegant simplicity of the Japanese Bushido spirit of what I have in mind.
